The general strategy presented here focuses on the launch of an overarching brand spot that places our "hero" at the center of the story. It both celebrates and reminds them of why we do what we do every day. We would then use additional supportive tactics to communicate how we deliver better than anyone else on our promise.
We would of course want to probe further to clearly understand the key triggers that motivate administrators and integrate those triggers into the spot and other tactics.
